The past has been assigned via some communication to the drilling of oil in the area, the remaining amount of the contacts, the operation still in progress and expected to be silent, which is a problem that comes from working with the PTTEP is still unknown.

น้ำมันเป็นพลังงานที่ใช้แล้วสูญหายต้องหามาทดแทนจากการขุดเจาะจากแหล่งที่มีทรัพยากรธรรมชาติเพื่อนำมากลั่นใช้ในประเทศ สำหรับประเทศไทยการสำรวจขุดเจาะน้ำมันอยู่ภายใต้รัฐสาหกิจของไทยมีการลงทุนสำรวจขุดเจาะในแหล่งทั้งในและต่างประเทศ

    ในบางแหล่งของทรัพยากรธรรมชาติประเทศเพื่อนบ้านได้เข้าลงทุนในแหล่งน้ำมันดิบแหล่งใหญ่ปริมาณน้ำมันมีอยู่จำนวนมากและการสัมประทานขุดเจาะแหล่งน้ำมันดิบ ที่มีการทำสัญญาระยะยาวอีกทั้งเพื่อนบ้านของไทยเข้ามาลงทุนขุดเจาะน้ำมันดิบ ในแหล่งนี้เป็นแหล่งที่ประเทศไทยที่ยังไม่กล้าที่จะมาลงทุน

     ประเทศใหม่ล่าสุดเป็นประเทศที่มากด้วยทรัพยากรแหล่งน้ำมันและกาซธรรมชาติ คนไทยได้มาทำงานในประเทศนี้ได้เห็นและได้รับฟังข้อมูลจากบุคคลสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทรัพยากรน้ำมันที่แต่ละหน่วยงานของแต่ละประเทศเข้ามาทำการลงทุนขุดเจาะน้ำมันดิบ ซึ่งมีบริษัทขแงแต่ละประเทศเข้ามาทำการลงทุนขุดเจาะน้ำมัน เมื่อได้รับการสัมประทานจะได้รับชื่อที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขุดเจาะน้ำมันซึ่งจะลงท้ายกันด้วย POC (Petroleum Operation Company) อย่างเด่นชัดอย่างเช่น  WNPOC DPOC GPOC

     บลอค 7 เป็นที่ทีมคนไทยได้มีโอกาสสัมผัสอย่างใกล้ชิดทุกวันของการทำงานกับบ่อน้ำมันดิบที่สูบนำไปกลั่นที่โรงกลั่นน้ำมันหรือที่เรียกกันว่า การกลั่นน้ำมัน รวมทั้งที่นี่จะมีเจ้าหน้าที่จากประเทศมาเลเซียมาร่วมงานกับบริษัทขุดเจาะน้ำมันดิบ การสัมปทานขุดเจาะน้ำมันของบลอคนี้ซึ่งรวมเข้ากันกับบลอค 3 หรือที่เรียกกันว่า  Block 3,7

     บลอค 3,7 ที่อยู่ใน รัฐ อัพเปอร์ ไนล์ เป็นแหล่งใหญ่ในปัจจุบันที่ให้มีการสัมประทานที่ควบคุมโดย ปิโตดาร์ ที่อยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมของบริษัท เกรทเธอ ไนล์ ปิโตเลียม โอเปอเรชั่น (GNPOC,จีน) 41%, ปิโตนาส(มาเลเซีย) 30%, ออยล์แอนกาซ(ONGC,อินเดีย) 25%, ซูดาเพท 5%

      บุคคลสำคัญของที่นี่แจ้งให้เราทราบว่ายินดีที่จะให้ทางการไทยโดย ปตท.สผ. เข้ามาลงทุนในการขุดเจาะน้ำมัน ที่ผ่านมาได้มีการมอบหมายผ่านทางบางสายงานติดต่อให้มาดำเนินการขุดเจาะน้ำมันดิบในแหล่งบริเวณนี้ที่เหลืออยู่เป็นจำนวนมาก จากการติดต่อบันการดำเนินการยังไม่คืบหน้าและเงียบหายซึ่งปัญหาคาดมาว่ามาจากการประสานงานกับ ปทต. สผ. ของประเทศไทยทียังไม่ทราบความชัดเจน

      อีกนานแค่ไหนคนไทยถึงจะใจกล้าที่มาลงทุนที่นี่ ทุกวันจะเห็นเพื่อนบ้านมาทำงานขุดเจาะทรัพยากรบ่อน้ำมันดิบในแหล่งนี้ ในถิ่นที่เราอยู่คู่กันกับแรงงานไทยตลอดเวลาทำงานเราหวังว่าคงได้เห็นวันหนึ่งคงได้เห็น TPOC (Thailand Petroleum  Operation Company) เกิดขึ้นมาใหม่ในดินแดนแห่งนี้
