Juba Nile Bridge No.2, สะพาน แม่น้ำไนล์

     ประเทศซูดานใต้ (Southern Sudan) เป็นประเทศหนึ่งที่แม่น้ำไนล์ไหลผ่านซึ่งที่นีได้ไหลผ่านเมืองสำคัญของประเทศที่เป็นเมืองหลวงอย่างเมือง จูบา ที่ไหลผ่านทางต้านตอนใต้ของเมือง ที่นี่ทำให้การจราจรและการขนส่งข้ามแม่น้ำที่จะเดินทางไปทางตอนใต้ของเมืองหรือเดินทางสู่ประเทศอูกานดาต้องข้ามแม่น้ำไนล์ซึ่งในตอนแรกโดยเรือข้ามฟากและต่อมามีการก่อสร้างสะพานข้ามแม่น้ำไนล์

       กรณีศึกษาที่จะก่อสร้างสะพานแห่งที่ 2 สำหรับการข้าม แม่น้ำไนล์ โดยงบประมาณการก่อสร้างได้มาจากประเทศญี่ปุ่นเมือ ปี ค.ศ.2011 กับโครงการก่อสร้างสะพาน แม่น้ำไนล์ แห่งที่ 2 ในกรุงจูบากับงบประมาณ 91 ล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ จุดก่อสร้างที่ Lologo area ความยาวสะพาน 256 เมตร จะช่วยให้การจราจรข้ามสะพานแม่น้ำไนล์ได้รับความสะดวกมากขึ้น

       โครงการก่อสร้างสะพาน แม่น้ำไนล์ แห่งที่ 2 เริ่มขึ้นแล้วตั้งแต่เดือนพฤศจิกายนของปีที่แล้วกับงานการก่อสร้างแค้มที่พัก อาคารสำนักงาน อาคารส่วนประกอบ แนวรั้วรอบบริเวณก่อสร้างสะพานที่ติดกับแม่น้ำไนล์ ถนนทางเข้าชั่วคราว การขนย้ายวัสดุส่วนประกอบที่ใช้ในการก่อสร้างสะพานเข้ามาไว้ในบริเวณโครงการทั้งสองฝากฝั่งของ แม่น้ำไนล์ รวมทั้งเจ้าหน้าที่และแรงงานที่ใช้ดำเนินการก่อสร้างสะพาน แม่น้ำไนล์ แห่งที่ 2

     การก่อสร้างสะพาน แม่น้ำไนล์ แห่งที่ 2 ผู้ร่วมงานไม่เฉพาะประชาชนคนของประเทศ ซูดานใต้ (South Sudan) เท่านั้นยังมีคนทางเอเชียอย่างเจ้าของโครงการแห่งงบประมาณการก่อสร้างยังมีคนจากอื่นอย่างประเทศจีน รวมทั้งประเทศไทยมีสว่นรวมงานนี้ด้วยเช่นกันจากงานเจาะสำรวจของบริษัทคนไทยที่ได้มาเจาะฐานรากงานสะพานที่นีทั้งตำแหน่งที่อยู่บนบกและที่อยู่ในลำน้ำ แม่น้ำไนล์
   
     งานก่อสร้างสะพานแห่งนี้ถือว่ามีความคืบหน้า การก่อสร้างยังทำต่อเนื่องตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา ทำให้งานมีความคืบหน้าไปมากซึ่งคาดว่าน่าจะแล้วเสร็จตามกำหนดระยะเวลาการก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จในปี ค.ศ. 2017 ตามที่กำหนดไว้สามปี

      สิ่งผ่านพ้นมาที่เกิดความไม่สงบ (unrest) ใน กรุงจูบา โครงการก่อสร้างสะพานข้าม แม่น้ำไนล์ กำลังดำเนินการก่อสร้าง จะเป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้ทุกคนในกรุงจูบามีความมั่นใจการพัฒนาเจริญเติบโตยังดำเนินการอยู่อย่างต่อเนื่องของที่นี อีกไม่นานเกินรอในวันข้างข้างหน้าสะพานข้ามแม่น้ำไนล์แห่งนี้จะเป็นสิ่งเชื่อมต่อสันติภาพของประชาชน
